As much as I like the way you think, it’s against international laws of the sea.

I like it. Get in touch with SecNav. I’m sure he could find a way to get it approved.

This hoopla over the Somalia pirates is like using a $10,000 hammer to hit a 2 cent nail.

Find out about Somalia and it’s government (or lack thereof).

Since the collapse of their government, their country has become a dumping ground for toxic waste and abusive over fishing.

Exactly my thoughts, but it need not be clandestine. Blackwater is who I thought should be hired by a consortium of shipping companies to accompany their ships through these troubled waters.

The 50′s would be the weapon of choice, along with one or two snipers.

We don’t need to do that, this isn’t the 1750s. We can track their ships from space, and can send bombers in to bomb the hell out of their bases and sink their ships at sea. We just need to stop being so PC and get on with it.
